Shandong Trip ≡

For the past week, i was in Shandong, China, with some schoolmates. I was really excited for the trip because winter and another school trips (because i'm always restricted by my mum -- she don't like me to go lol). I pestered her alot then she finally allowed me to go hahaha. This trip was really worth it because its only $100 edusave!! All was worth it except for the flight and airport services omg (more elaboration later on..)

Day 1

Had to wake up at 4+ to meet in the airport at 6am. I couln't sleep because i was so excited for it haha. So i ended up sleeping at like 2+?? Checking in and everything was really smooth in sg's airport. We also got to sit together as a group. I was assigned to sit with yewyu and mdm wang. At first i thought it would be awkward but nah. I was kinda relieved that i sat with someone i know haha (though we never talked before since pri school lolol). 4h flight to Shenzhen then 2h flight to Jinan, a really long flight indeed. By the time we reach Jinan, it was dinner time so we had our dinner then checked into the hotel. Oh and the local tour guide was really friendly and good!!

Day 2

Morning call at 630, breakfast at 7. Visited the East Shandong Experimental High School. It was really big.. Lunched there and just toured around the school.

-cut the story short cos i'm lazy-

So we visited many places of attractions like Baotu Spring, Cai Gongshi Memorial Park, VCEM Building Durability in Jinan. Took a high speed rail to Qingdao and visited May 4th Square, Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, Tsingtao Beer Museum, Xiaoyushan Park and Little Qingadao Isle.

ps China really has super pretty scenery but it would be better without the air pollution lolol.

Yup that's all. Really wish we had more days together. It was really awkward at first but just when we were getting closer, we had to part ):

oh and its so cool, i found out that 2 of them were in my previous primary school LOL and we had common friends haha.

Will be missing so many vb training, think i might be the lousiest player already lol. And it's kinda depressing, seeing everyone improving and i'm here stagnant yet i'm missing alot of training haha. oh wells.
