anyways, on fri the kickboxing was like cancelled T.T so sad. cos the trainer was sick , for 3 days mc :/
So postponed to monday (14) :p 
We prepared for orientation. the fancy foot drills. This time with sec 1s. 
Happy that the half of the sec 1s we teaching are quite easy to teach :p hehe.
Then we no need to explain explain alot :p 
Went to service today 'Laugh Till You Drop' . Hahah, quite funny (:
