Officially 19 already omg. Just a little update bout my birthday okay haha.

They celebrated like 4 days in advance HAHA. But i was really surprised though i dint show it hahaha. I initially thought that only phoebs rach and i (our mini clique) were going to the dog cafe. But yeah they all turned up HAHA. OMG and dog cafe was like the best?? But the dogs are lazy af, keep sleeping and only show interest in you when you first came in or when you have food. A poodle came to sleep on my lap, damn cute omg. I wish i have a dog....  It was a good day nevertheless hehe.

 

8/5/16:

The day we made our promises into reality. We have always wanted to travel with friends and all and it usually only becomes something we only put into words but not actions. I guess it was like a dream come true for most of us haha. Like it was finally happening. (though rachel did travel with her friend before) PS look at cai's airport fashion HAHAHA. She was all prepared to sleep lol. Oh thats because our flight was in midnight haha. The flight was bad though. When i thought i could sleep like literally anywhere, i was wrong. The chair was really uncomfortable and the lady beside me kept going to the toilet and leaning towards me tsk. Somehow all of us couldnt sleep well (except rach the pig) so we were zombified on the first day.

 

9/5/16:

We landed at about 6am? Initially we thought we could have checked into the airbnb earlier and rest before heading out but there were some miscommunication so we can only check in and leave our luggage there at 9. So after breakfast and buying of data etc, we had like 30mins to rot outside the building. We decided to go get changed wash up etc at the nearest toilet (which was kfc). Okay it was damn embarrassing because the sink area was in the open, so those who went to the toilet saw me brushing my teeth there hahaha so awkward. Yeah and apparently the taxi driver whom i contacted had some issues so he got another driver to bring us around. And guess what, it was the same one my family got the previous time too. (the same thing happened the last time too lol) So yup we went to places i had gone before ): literally everywhere i've gone before.. except hot spring. First day was really hot so all of us we sweating like shit and look really cui as seen in the picture ^ haha. I'm kind of lazy to explain in details but we went to mostly scenic areas and night market. Night market food is really good as usual. My favourite were the fried milk and fried mushrooms hehe.

10/5/16: 

We had to get up early for hot spring. Although the hot spring was not as good as i expected, cos i was kinda expecting something more natural and not those man made one (thats why we initially wanted to go to beitou but changed our mind cos of the taxi driver who said beitou one has lots of sulfur and smelly etc). Nevertheless hot spring was good rest for us especially after walking for so long on day 1. Guess who was the idiot who dint bring extra bra yet wore her bra underneath her swim suit? LOL. (definitely not me) Okay but luckily there was like a free washing machine to dry her bra so she just threw it there and wait for it to dry HAHA. Afterwards we went to see more scenic areas (like the lovers bridge ^) and went to another night market. We didnt get to finish touring the whole area because it suddenly rained damn heavily... So we called it a day early cos of the weather and our aching legs hahah. We went back to airbnb and end up playing monopoly deal (smart me brought them in case we got bored yknow HAHA). 

 

11/5/16:

The start of our free and easy days without the taxi driver haha. Thanks cai for doing ALL the detailed research. (hey we did plan together but she wanted it to be more detailed so...) hahah what would we do without our mother cai man. She was the one who kept leading us around etc. We went to shop around the malls that day but mostly arent what we were looking for because it was like the atas brands? But ATT4Fun mall had more stuffs that are of our age haha. There were h&m, pull&bear, forever21 etc. Kylie got the most stuffs here. Then we had dinner at dtf (damn good) and head on to see the taipei101. Scenery was fantastic but sadly when we went to the highest (91th floor), the area was like caged up so we practically cant see anything. ^ was the best we could see, from within not outside. Good experience though, the super fast elevator, high pressure haha. At night, seems like monopoly deal became a routine hehe.

 

12/5/16:

The girls went to chiate to get the famous pineapple tarts as souvenirs. Dint get any for myself cos i dont really eat it, neither did i want to give it to ppl LOL. (i did get other stuffs ok) Afterwards we went to wu fen pu which was nearby too. But we had to wait till like 1 for the shops to officially open. More shopping in the night markets etc. Somehow i think all of us were really tired from the lots of walking and shopping so we ended our day early again. 

 

13/5/16:

We dint manage to take a photo this day. But what matters is the quality time spent right? #smooth

So heres a picture of the 3 of us going crazy at night, having our mini karaoke session. (yall should have seen kylie's snapchat story) We also had our htht session, played heads up and monopoly deal. We were so noisy i think even people outside could hear us hahah. Our last night here so we all decided to just snuggle and sleep on the floor (we laid blankets on the ground) in the living room. Damn it was a bad choice because my ribcage hurt like shit in the morning. But nevertheless it was really fun and cute haha. 

 

14/5/16:

The day was short - had breakfast then headed to the airport. Hobo-ed there till the check in thingy open. On the plane back.. Really sleepy at first because we kept sleeping very late, like about 1 or 2 am every night?? So i dozed off but end up feeling really energetic after a short nap. Luckily im well prepared yknow, i had movies in my phone to watch haha. Yeah so kylie joined me to watch avengers, the age of ultron. Left with a few more minutes for the movie to end when we landed. But it was a good movie. Funny how i watched civil war before watching this but hey i finally understood the movie and civil war is damn good btw HAHA.

Anyways, to end off, this trip wouldnt have been any better without any single one of them making it possible. Always get to enjoy myself with this crazy bunch. Heres to more trips together in the future. Maybe next time we can visit cai together hahah.

I'm already starting to look for another job cos my contract is going to end soon.. But it seems so hard to find a f&b / retail job that pays well (aka 9 or 10 per hour). PLUS distance is the issue, hopefully i can find one that is near my area hahah. I feel really lazy to wake up early to travel. Plus the adult fare is really no joke man. Its eating up my salary like nobody's business tsk. 

Oh and i feel very impatient omg why nus havent reply me!!!!! Feel like calling them to ask and all but they will probably fu yan me (like how my colleagues do when those applicants call in LOL). Hopefully i'll receive good news soon!  

Omg and why is everyone switching to dayre already feels so weird i cant stalk anyone right now hahaha. But oh wells i guess i still prefer the old way - blog hehe.

On a side note, after seeing jill's snapchat abt all the cca stuffs, i kinda miss playing volleyball and i really regret not bonding well plus training hard when it was our turn damn. This year's batch is really good though they may not be in other people's eyes (never win), but i really saw the huge improvement from them as compared to my batch haha. And they're super bonded *envious* 

Oh and, i feel guilty for giving of (and maybe really having) the bochap feel, like as if im taking the people around me for granted :/ 

It was a good day today. Good food, good movie. Finally tried some legit cafe food haha. Though it may not be of best quality but its definitely great exposure. Went to D'good Cafe for lunch and then EwF for desert! I miss EwF 's lava cake... But this aint bad either.  

Oh and, i finally watched the movie that everyone was crazy about, "Our Times". Definitely was better than expected since this kind of genre actually would not really appeal to me much.
